Dental Patient Information – Weatherford, TX
Everything That New Patients
Need to Know
Welcome to Wright Family Dentistry, where our patients always come first. We’re proud to be known for our excellent customer service, and we can’t wait for you to see for yourself how we earned that reputation. Before you arrive for your first appointment, however, take the time to make sure that you’re fully prepared by reading over the information on this page. You can also call us at any time if you have further questions.
Your First Dental Visit
The first appointment is our chance to get to know you and familiarize ourselves with your dental needs. After you’ve checked in at the front desk, you won’t have long to wait before you’re escorted to a treatment room. We’ll ask you a few questions about your oral health and take some X-rays so that we have a full picture of what state your smile is currently in. We can discuss follow-up treatments that you might need after your examination and cleaning are complete.
New Patient Forms
Instead of waiting for your appointment day to fill out your new patient forms, you can complete them ahead of time using the links below. You can either complete the online versions of these forms, or you can download them so that you can print them out and bring them with you to our office.
Insurance & Financing
Our practice accepts many insurance plans, and our front desk is eager to help you understand your benefits, file your insurance forms, and answer any questions you might have. We also accept several methods of payment including cash, check, and credit cards (including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).
CareCredit Financing Available
If you prefer to finance your dental work, our office has partnered with CareCredit. A trusted name in patient financing, CareCredit brings you dentistry that fits your budget. You can apply online or ask us about CareCredit at your next visit.
Post-Operative Instructions
It takes time to fully recover from certain complex or extensive procedures, and in those cases it’s important to be aware of the steps you’ll need to take after you leave our office. To make sure you’re well-prepared ahead of time, we invite you to download our post-operative instructions using the link below. Note that these can be considered general instructions; sometimes more specific measures will have to be taken based on the procedure and your own oral health.
